The objective of the Work Package 3 is to conduct three optimization studies of the PLH program (ages 2 – 9) in Romania, Macedonia, and Moldova. Based on the testing of four socioeconomic and contextual factors interventions will be tailored to the specific needs of the targeted region and Randomized Controlled Trials with the optimized interventions conducted.
